Christmas Break

So fun having Nick & Justin come home for a couple weeks.  We played pickleball, games, went out to eat, they came to church with us twice, and Justin even sang in the choir with LeAnn💙
Everyone made yummy meals
We celebrated Christmas late Christmas night and were able to connect with Brandon, Sarah & Sarah's mom over zoom and play Kahoot ~ talking about our word for 2024
Best surprise EVER ~ LeAnn got Jeff a riding lawnmower🥳
Thanks to Nick & Kurt for helping make it happen.
Moved Kurt & Kristen to their new home while Kurt & Jeff were flying.  Couldn't have done it without Nick & Justin, they helped do pretty much everything (unfortunately didn't get a picture of them).  Jeff was able to put the crib, chair, and beds together when he got back.  Kato loves his new king size bed.
Grandma made a beautiful afghan for Kooper in between her surgeries.
Jess came over a few times for games and dinner.  Dogs chillin.  Our word for 2024 - Connection.  Kurt sitting on reserve and hanging out at 6 Flags in Dallas.
Burgy's plant that Justin sold them for choir 3+ years ago.  Canela soaking in the sun.  Mom & Dad giving me an awesome card and gift card for my book and 100th podcast.  Beautiful Brandon & Sarah summing up the year.  LeAnn's thought for food and everything ~ Less is More in 2024.

December Delights

Kurtis taught me how to do a polar plunge!  First time was for 2 minutes and we're working up to many more.
Love going to the Moravian Love Feast with our dear friends the Bunkers.  Brandon & Sarah's Christmas decor and sitting in church with my cute Luke.
Our cute pilots leaving at the same time for a trip
Kato and Nutmeg together ~ what an adventure!
Went to the movies and then the dogs came with us to see the Gaddy's Christmas lights.  Highly recommend The Shift and of course The Chosen.
Still need pictures, but wanted to celebrate that Sarah finished up her Masters this month and Nick his Associates Degree both from Utah State University - look forward to partying with these new graduates!

Thanksgiving in St. George

Kurt passed his check-ride, drove his car all night to GA, then we flew on American to PHX and then St. George in all less than 30 hours.  Love having 2 pilots in the family and another airline to fly on.
So fun hanging out with Mom & Dad.  Mom's still on the mend from knee replacement surgery, but getting around and working hard to get stronger every day.  We went out for some delicious lunch. Great to go to church with Dad.  Jeff and LeAnn did a few projects, one of which was LeAnn getting on a ladder:)
Great to see Korey and his wife we'd never met before.  Went to the musical "She Loves Me" with Dad.  Love this quote that was above a church.  Beautiful 5 mile run - the leaves ahhhh.  Thought something was wrong with camera, hence the fogginess, Jeff fixed it with a little cleaning:)
Kurt's first official trip as a first officer on Envoy ~ Lesly & Daren made it so special💙
Justin & Nick arrived - yea!  Lunch with Mom & Dad
Went to the movies and cute Lexi came with, pickleball fun
Yummy Thanksgiving dinner and Justin helped me make the desserts
Unfortunately Brandon got sick and he and Sarah couldn't come, so this was their dinner at home.  Sure missed them!
the boys are off - driving Kato back to GA - the girls get the airplane ride - grandma & grandpa spoiled Nick & Justin for the rest of their trip there
Kato adjusting to his new temporary home.  Nutmeg was on vacation with Richie when Kato arrived, so Kato had the place to himself for 4 days.

October Utah Adventure

What a pleasure connecting with beautiful humans at Jody Moore Coaching's "The Lab Launch Party".  Jody started me on this incredible life coaching journey and I'm forever grateful~
Nick drove to SLC to pick me up, so fun cruisin to Logan with him.  Last trip with all the kids living in Logan and loved spending time with them.
Love being a paw-maw - Canela and Kato were so glad to see me.  I got to stay at Canela's home and it was great to play with her, she is a sweet dog.
Went to my first corn maze with Brandon, Sarah, Nick & Justin.  It was so fun and want to do that more.  We celebrated our cute little pumpkin Justin's 20th birthday ~ what a blessing he is to our family!
Meals and shopping with Mom ~ love and adore these amazing young adults!
What a blessing to have friends in my world that I've known for over 30 years and Lisa 45+.  Fun to see Lisa's new home construction and her cute Toni and Ben too.  In Logan got to see Lori (but forgot to get a picture ugh), Stephanie and I ate a yummy lunch, and Jenni made me the most delicious desserts.  I hit the jackpot in the friend department.
Loved being with these amazing women at the LDS Life Coach Retreat that Heather Rackham organizes.  I even got to do a presentation on goals ~ so fun!
The incredible Lesly planned and hosted a family baby shower for Kristen.  The decorations were amazing, the food delicious, the games so fun, and the company delightful ~ so very grateful!  We can't wait to meet Kooper💙
