Our First Grandbaby ~ Kooper

Kurtis & Kristen went into the hospital on Sunday evening, and the adventure began....
LeAnn witnessed one of the toughest and most beautiful experiences of her life. She had the privilege of being in the delivery room and watching a birth for the very first time. It was incredible and heart breaking and everything inbetween. Kristen is a rockstar and handled almost 40 hours of labor, many hours of pushing, and a c-section, with determination, perseverance, and grace.

Kurtis was so cute and tender with her every step of the way. These 2 are amazing parents and it’s so fun to watch them love on their sweet baby Koop.
 A few takeaways....
Our amazing kids do hard things and are beautifully figuring out their own unique path.

In awe of the instant connection a new baby brings to families.

God is in the details of our lives and tender mercies abound when we look for them.

Being a Mema & Pop is the best!

Pure heaven cuddling sweet baby Koop
Nutmeg got to meet Kooper, sniffed a little and then ignored him.  Silly Nutty.
