50 Miler

Kurtis went on a 50 miler; 23+ backpacking, 15+ mountain bike and river rafting.

Unfortunately Kurt and a couple others got sick and came home late Thursday night. 4 more were sick and came home Friday morning, leaving only 2 boys well. However, the youngest got sick Saturday and spent the next 5 days in the hospital. They plan to make up the last river rafting day sometime later this summer. Kudos to Ben Johnson and the other leaders that attended who made this incredible experience possible!

Our cute "Brando the Comando" is 17.

He is a thoughtful, talented and terrific guy! Brandon is an incredible oldest son, and gets all the "firsts" as his parents learn how to raise boys.

An exciting few day birthday for Kurtis.  A ring for the baseball tournament champion, learners permit, church dance, swimming, and annual cake roll were a few highlights.
