Conference Speaking Opportunity

Fun opportunity to speak at the Arise & Shine Wellness Conference.  Learned a lot from the experience.  So grateful I got to have some fun with family - do hot yoga, climb a rope, and go to some delicious restaurants
Lesly is the best hot yoga instructor ever - loved going to her class with Steph
Steph & Hudson are so good at climbing this rope - hoping to get closer to the top next time
This is Stacy Harmer who invited me to speak at this event.  Dad helped me set up my slide show.  The title of my class was "Where Love Flows, Connection Grows"
Mom spent hours finding me stuff and helping me tape chocolates to flyers - lots of work to prep for this conference, and so thankful for all of Mom & Dad's support and help!
They had a praise night concert that was very interesting - Jesus concerts in the south are WAY better!
My first booth:)
My incredible sisters-in-law came to listen to my presentation - so grateful for their love and support!
Loved the opportunity & practice to speak in front of 40-50 participants - thanks to Dad, the slide show worked great!
Lisa and her cute girlies came to listen and cheer me on too - true friends!
Jenni and her mama came too ~ so grateful for incredible friends
Connected with lots of fascinating people at the Arise & Shine Conference

Florida Fun

🌴The Messy Magic of Family Vacations
Every couple of years, we pull off the ultimate challenge—getting the whole family together for a vacation✨ Sounds dreamy, right? Well… it is, and it’s also beautifully chaotic.

We just got back from our Florida adventure, and while there were plenty of unforgettable moments, there were also: 😵‍💫An eye stye,🦻A clogged ear, 🤒More than half of us sick on the ocean, 🎒A lost bag, ✈️Missed flights… and more unexpected surprises! Because let’s be real—family trips are the definition of “the messy middle.” And yet, as Brené Brown says, “The middle is messy, but that’s where the magic happens.”

✨The magic was also in the tender mercies: 🏡Beautiful places to stay,👩‍⚕️Doctors available when needed, 💍A lost (and found!) necklace, 🍽️Everyone cooking & sharing meals and fun activities & lessons, 🐟the most delicious fish ever, and so much more!

And through it all, Jesus was in every detail~ the moments of joy, the mishaps, and everything in between. When we slow down and notice, the miracles are everywhere🙌 Here are some fun snapshots from our adventure!

📆Already counting down to our next big family trip in 2027—because no matter how messy it gets, I wouldn’t trade it for anything💙
