My first podcast! I wanted to throw up when I heard about the opportunity,
but knew I would be so glad if I did it anyway, and I sure was.

I miss my step class from Brycie, but every once in awhile she gets to sub and lets me know. I love my gym instructors! Cheryl teaches an awesome muscle challenge class (hoping some day her pilates class comes back) and Natalie is an amazing yoga instructor and we even do yoga in the back yard too! Of course I throw in some hour long treading water, a summer favorite.
