Master Coach & Master Mind Celebration

My button came off minutes before going on stage in front of a lot of people.  Found this needle & thread in my purse and my friend Heather quickly sewed it back on.

I completed Master Coach Certification in December and celebrated today with the Life Coach School at Master Mind in Dallas.

A few tips to remember before I go on stage again...

Keep my phone with me, there were people backstage I would have loved to have a picture with.  Chapstick would have been so nice, my lips got dry very quickly.  Pay attention to what's happened in front of you, all of a sudden a microphone was in my face.  If you mess up or forget something, that's okay, try again!

So thankful for this experience and my incredible instructors Corinne, Bev, Kara, Rae, and the amazing women in my class. I received my first gift from Tiffany & Co ~ a very expensive pen with my initials on it.

K & K Happenings

It's been quite the eventful couple weeks for our Kurt & Kristen.  They announced their baby coming in January.  Kurt finished his flight hours, interviewed and was hired my Envoy Airlines and starts in a few weeks!

Dalby Family Alaskan Cruise

The standby adventure begins, first among many miracles that we all arrived by Thursday evening.

And 4 of us within a few minutes of G&G to help get all their luggage to the hotel that was 45+ minutes away.  Kurt ended up getting there early and got to go with Steve & Steph to a baseball game.

Signed up day one for the unlimited fitness classes.  Best thing I could have done!  Besides climbing a lot of stairs all week and skipping the elevator, I took 7 fitness classes (some very hard), lots of dancing and came home being down 1 pound instead of up 7-10 pounds like I have on my past cruises.  And this is the longest cruise I've ever been on!  I kept my meals to 3 max a day, with lots of veggies and protein.  Did have some desserts, a few times a lot of desserts after meals, and kept movin and groovin and having fun!
