Dalby Family Alaskan Cruise

The standby adventure begins, first among many miracles that we all arrived by Thursday evening.

And 4 of us within a few minutes of G&G to help get all their luggage to the hotel that was 45+ minutes away.  Kurt ended up getting there early and got to go with Steve & Steph to a baseball game.

Signed up day one for the unlimited fitness classes.  Best thing I could have done!  Besides climbing a lot of stairs all week and skipping the elevator, I took 7 fitness classes (some very hard), lots of dancing and came home being down 1 pound instead of up 7-10 pounds like I have on my past cruises.  And this is the longest cruise I've ever been on!  I kept my meals to 3 max a day, with lots of veggies and protein.  Did have some desserts, a few times a lot of desserts after meals, and kept movin and groovin and having fun!

4th of July & Freedom

 Love the Sunday before the 4th and singing the National Anthem, have some hawks in our yard and they hang out on our roof, poison ivy from pulling weeds-ugh, someone had fun with sidewalk chalk on the paths that Tiff & I saw on our 4th of July morning run, went to Sound of Freedom with the Brays - what a powerful and heartbreaking show

Corinne & No BS Bootcamp

I have always admired Corinne Crabtree.  She lost 100 pounds 15+ years ago and has created a multi-million dollar business helping other women do the same.  I had the opportunity to meet her a couple years ago at a Fearless Event where she graciously shared her insights and expertise with those of us there.  She took time to do selfies and even did a teaching tidbit tuesday with me.  And then when I saw her again, in November at another Fearless event, she did that all with me again.  Corinne is filled with love, compassion, and generosity.

The opportunity came for me to be in her Advanced Weightloss Certification this summer.  And since she always overdelivers, I get to be in her No BS business and weightloss programs for 3 months, and got to attend her business bootcamp in Nashville.  I've learned more in the past few weeks about weightloss that is truly helping me.  I've stopped binging.  I dropped 7 pounds in June, and on my way to my 123 or 20/35 Impeccable Size by the end of the summer!  Hoping to work part time for Corinne too.  Fun to take photos on stage, and going to be there someday teaching/coaching💙

Mari & Cam Wedding

Mari & Cam were married in the Provo City Center Temple.  It was such a beautiful day and so fun to be there with family💙

Mother's Day, Surprises & Trauma Informed Retreat

Steve came and picked me up from airport and we surprised mom when I showed up to lunch with them.  So fun to go to church with her and dad as well.

Nick & Justin sent me a cute Mother's Day text with a picture of them at church💙

Spent the week with the incredible Candice Toone and crew at a Trauma Informed Retreat in Park City.  I also got to teach a class on loving yourself💗. Loved the amazing people I was blessed to learn from and spend the week with.

Nutmeg got to stay again with Michaela and her doggie family.  She got a little nervous before and chewed up the trauma book I was reading😬

 Went to a wedding reception with Mom & Dad before flying home and got to surprise and see my Vicki!  She was my roommate in college for a year, my dad's cousin, and one of my favorite people.  Haven't seen her for a very long time and it was a tender and beautiful reunion!

 Off we go on a fun get-a-way with our Trusty friends, meeting them in DC🥳

Landed and we're off - packed a lot into 2 days!

So fun to see Marilee & Curtis Garner on their mission.  We met them for dinner and enjoyed catching up and hearing of all the awesome things they are doing.

Nick's 1st Half Marathon

Nick's first half marathon!  He lost 25 pounds during the 6 weeks before in preparation and ran 3+ miles before walking - he rocked it!  Kurt & Kristen's second half marathon and both improved their time from last year💪🏼
